IdoUA2S-ß(1→4)-GlcNAc ("IdoUA2S-GlcNAc") is the GAG Endogenous NRE (EndoNRE) quantitative standard associated with I2S.

The absolute amount of IdoUA2S-GlcNAc in the vial was determined using quantitative NMR to have the stated value on the vial. The vial has additional components, but none are isobaric with IdoUA2S-GlcNAc, and these additional components have no effect on the ability to quantify the IdoUA2S-GlcNAc.
