Use of Research Products

All Enfanos products are for research use only (RUO) unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Products are not intended for use in diagnostic procedures, clinical testing, or for human or veterinary use. No statements, documentation, or technical support provided by Enfanos should be construed as validation, approval, or recommendation for clinical or diagnostic use.

Products are to be handled and used only by qualified personnel trained in laboratory techniques. Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable safety documentation, including the Safety Data Sheet (SDS), prior to use.

Ordering and Payment Terms

To initiate a purchase:

1. Enfanos issues a formal quotation.

2. Customer accepts the quotation by (a) submitting a purchase order referencing the quotation or (b) signing and returning the quotation.

3. Enfanos issues an invoice.

4. Payment is required prior to shipment (pre-pay) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment may be made by wire transfer or credit card. Customer must indicate desire to pay by credit card prior to invoicing. Credit card payments incur a 2.9% fee.

 

Orders will not be processed or released for shipment until payment is received in full, unless written credit terms have been approved.

Shipping Outside the United States

Orders are shipped via FedEx unless otherwise agreed.

• If the customer provides a FedEx account number, shipments will be billed directly to the customer by FedEx.

• If no account is provided, Enfanos will ship using its account and add shipping charges to the invoice.

 

For international shipments:

• All import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges are the responsibility of the customer.

• These charges are not included in Enfanos invoices unless explicitly stated.

• The customer is responsible for compliance with all applicable import regulations and for providing any required documentation.

 

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Patent Disclaimer

Enfanos makes reasonable efforts to avoid infringement of third-party intellectual property; however, no license or rights are granted by implication or otherwise. Buyers and end-users are solely responsible for determining freedom to operate and for compliance with applicable intellectual property laws.

 

Warranty and Limitation of Remedy

Enfanos warrants only that products will conform to the specifications provided at the time of delivery. No other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided. The Buyer's sole and exclusive remedy for non-conforming product shall be, at Enfanos’ option, replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price. Enfanos shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, revenue, or profits. Claims must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of receipt of product. Failure of Buyer to give said notice within said thirty (30) days shall constitute a waiver by Buyer of all claims hereunder with respect to said material.

Return Policy

If a product does not meet specifications, contact orders@enfanos.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

• Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt

• At least 90% of the material must be returned in original condition

• Refunds or replacements will be processed within 30 days of receipt and inspection
