Each kit includes:
• Four vials of frozen Assay cocktail for MS/MS duplex enzyme assay of Galactose-1-phosphate uridylyltransferase (GALT) and Biotinidase (BTD). Each vial supports 25 duplex assays, for a total of 100 duplex assays per kit.
• The LgtC working solution (LgtC enzyme in the appropriate buffer).
First order comes with qNMR quantified enzymatic products relevant to the GALT and BTD enzyme assays, for mass spectrometry tuning and standard curve generation (See Absolute Quantification).
