Each kit includes:
• Vials of pre-mixed substrate and internal standard (qNMR quantified) dissolved in Assay Buffer for MS/MS enzyme assay of Galactose-1-phosphate uridylyltransferase (GALT).
• The LgtC working solution (LgtC enzyme in the appropriate buffer).
First order comes with qNMR quantified enzymatic product relevant to the GALT enzyme assay, for mass spectrometry tuning and standard curve generation (See Absolute Quantification).
