ARSA QC DBS* Ordering Schedule Update

We would like to share an update on the ordering and manufacturing schedule for our ARSA QC DBS materials, for customers who may not yet be familiar with our new production model.

To ensure consistent quality and performance, ARSA QC DBS 3-Level Set (QCEA-6) and ARSA QC DBS 7-Level Set (QCEA-5) are manufactured on a biannual production schedule. Orders are accepted during two defined ordering periods each year: August 1 through January 31 and February 1 through July 31. Manufacturing takes place once each February and August, with shipments released in early March and early September, respectively.

This approach is supported by our internal stability studies, which demonstrate that ARSA QC DBS materials maintain acceptable performance for up to six months when stored at –20 °C. Based on these data, a biannual manufacturing cycle allows customers to receive material with sufficient stability for routine QC use while ensuring consistency across lots.

For the upcoming production run, orders must be received by February 1, 2026 to be included in the February manufacturing cycle. The next production run after this will occur in August 2026.
